This charming hotel exceeded my expectations! Just steps away from iconic sights, it offers cozy rooms with modern amenities, reliable air conditioning, and a delightful breakfast with numerous options. The friendly staff made my family feel right at home, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. A perfect blend of location and warmth for any traveler!

Had a sweet as stay! The location was choice, just a hop to the Leaning Tower. But hands down, the shower had low pressure which was a bit of a bummer.

The bathroom door didn't close properly, which was frustrating. The little fridge in the room didn't run, adding to our disappointment. the toilet didn't flush properly. it required several attempts to stop the constant sound of water, which was quite bothersome during our stay.

the location is amazin, just a 5-min walk to the tower and super quiet area, perfect for a nice night sleep. room was cozy even if a bit small, comfy bed and the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was alright too, with just enough to start the day right! they also stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was really nice.

the bathroom needs a serious facelift, very outdated and not clean enough. also, the shower temperature was all over the place, kinda frustrating.
